Last night I went to Boston and saw Keane!!! They were amazing. They
were so into the music and the audience was so into the music. Plus the
lead singer is amazing. He has an incredible voice. And the piano
singer was so fun to watch. I'm really surprised he didn't receive a
concussion and I'm not really sure how he could play the piano like
that, but anyways... It was well worth it. I was afraid that they
weren't going to sing my favorite song on the album Bedshaped,
but they saved it for last!! They also sang three new songs which were
all really good! The lead singer was like "Now, my uncle went to a
concert a couple of weeks ago and after hearing this song, he turned to
the person next to him and said that it was the best song of all time.
I'm not really sure if that's true, but I'll let you guys decide." My
decision: It was really good. Plus we were right on the water, so that
was nice. The opening acts were Regina Spektor and Josh Ritter. Regina
had an amazing voice, but she was a little too much on the eccentric
side. Josh Ritter was really good and he looked so happy to be there.
He had the goofiest smile on his face. It was cute. So all in all it
was an amazing night and I was really happy to be there.
